Chris & Heather Cooper began working together in 2020, combining their strengths and experience to serve clients throughout the Pikes Peak region.

Chris has been a proud Colorado Springs resident for more than 50 years. He treasures the memories of growing up in the shadow of Pikes Peak and continues to enjoy raising his family in the community he has called home for most of his life. With more than 30 years as a full-time residential Realtor and consistent recognition among the top 1% of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, Chris brings extensive experience, local knowledge, and a straightforward approach to every transaction.

After raising her four children, Heather joined Chris in real estate in 2020. Together, they stay closely connected to the local market, keeping up with the region's growth, neighborhoods, and ever-changing real estate trends. Their goal is simple: provide honest advice, clear communication, and a strategy tailored to each client's individual situation.
