Chris has treasured memories of growing up in the beautiful Pikes Peak region and now treasures raising his own two children in his beloved hometown. He has been a full-time residential Realtor for over 25 years, performing in the top 1% of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors for many of those years.
As a seasoned veteran of the real estate business (more than half his life), Chris draws on his extensive knowledge of the home transaction process to informatively and gently guide his clients through each and every step. Staying informed of changes and growth in the Pikes Peak region and researching current and projected trends gives him the ability to collaborate with clients on the best decisions for their situation.

Heather has lived in the Springs for over 20 years, raising her four children here with two boys still at home. She joined the Cooper Home Team on June 1, 2020, bringing fresh vitality and creativity. Heather handles the behind-the-scenes work, creating systems and processes that make the team more efficient and effective so we can serve our clients well.
She enjoys building relationships with clients and discovering their personalities, lifestyle, and goals for the future, which improves our ability to collaborate with them on their home transaction journey.
Heather is also an avid history buff, hiking enthusiast, and nature and science nerd. The stories of the founding of Colorado Springs and its historic homes are fascinating, hiking trails abound for exercise, and exploring Colorado wildflowers and wildlife is exhilarating. Some of her favorite places to visit are Rock Ledge Ranch, the McAllister House, the Pioneers Museum, the Cheyenne Cañon trails and nature centers, Bear Creek Nature Center, Florissant Fossil Beds, and of course Garden of the Gods Park and Visitor & Nature Center. If you have questions or suggestions on places to visit, she would enthusiastically welcome the conversation.
