Hi, I am Shay, thank you for taking the time to read my bio and learn a little bit about me! For me, exceptional real estate service begins with something simple: people deserve to feel genuinely cared for.

I’ve called Colorado Springs home since 1970, and I’ve had the privilege of serving clients as a REALTOR® since 2015. Before real estate, I spent more than 25 years as an educator, and that teacher’s heart is still at the center of everything I do.

I believe buying or selling a home should feel informed, supported, and personal—not overwhelming. I take the time to explain the process, anticipate questions, communicate openly, and make sure my clients have the information they need to make confident decisions.

My philosophy is simple: no matter how many clients I’m serving, I want each one to feel like they are my only client. That means personalized service, thoughtful and thorough communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to go above and beyond at every stage of the process.

I’m also committed to continually educating myself so I can better serve my clients through different stages of a transaction and life. My professional designations and training include Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and specialized negotiation training. I’m also a licensed Senior Transition Specialist through Mom’s House, allowing me to provide additional guidance and resources to older adults and families navigating an important housing transition.

Having lived in Colorado Springs for more than five decades, I bring something to my clients that goes beyond market statistics—a lifetime of firsthand knowledge of this community and the surrounding areas. I’ve watched our city grow, neighborhoods evolve, and the real estate market change through the years. Colorado Springs isn’t simply where I sell real estate, it’s home.

Whether I’m helping someone purchase a home, preparing a property for market, assisting with a military relocation, representing a luxury property, or helping a family navigate a senior transition, my goal is always the same: to provide knowledgeable guidance, exceptional service, and an experience that feels personal from beginning to end.
