When you put your trust in the Kohlmans, you don’t just get your needs handled well - with low stress, you then become part of their real estate family. Whether it’s handwritten cards, impromptu texts, monthly mailings, surprise gifts or the 3 big thank you parties per year, you feel like you’re part of something good, something warm. Paul’s decades of framing/trimming homes, cabinet shop owner and custom home builder experience help him spot possible problems quickly and suggest solutions. He has a disarming way that works well when negotiating. He loves teaching and patiently explains things for full understanding. (He was an award-winning architectural photographer so he makes homes look their best.) You two make a dynamic duo - it’s evident you love what you do!
