Meet Leacia Martinez

I’m Leacia Martinez, a Colorado native, military spouse, and REALTOR® who believes buying or selling a home should feel personal—not transactional.

As an ICON Agent, Certified Mentor, and top-producing Colorado REALTOR®, I bring years of experience to the table. I’ve helped clients through everything from buying their very first home to military PCS moves, VA loans and assumptions, new construction, investment properties, short sales, and selling homes when life takes them somewhere new.

Military families hold a special place in my heart. My husband retired from the U.S. Army after 21 years of service, so I understand firsthand what PCS moves, deployments, changing duty stations, and military life can look like for a family. I’m also a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and have extensive experience helping buyers understand and maximize their VA benefits.

I serve Colorado Springs and the surrounding communities, including Falcon, Peyton, Fountain, Widefield, Black Forest, Pueblo, Pueblo West, and beyond. Whether you’re moving across town or across the country, my goal is to make sure you understand your options, know what to expect, and have someone in your corner who will advocate for you from beginning to end.

Real estate isn’t just about opening doors or putting a sign in a yard. I’m hands-on throughout the entire process—from negotiating the offer and navigating inspections to solving problems when a deal gets complicated. I’m not afraid to have the hard conversations or push back when it means protecting my clients.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and mom of two who loves Colorado life, camping, ATVs, fishing, paddle boarding, skiing, traveling, and being involved in my local community. You’ll often find me organizing neighborhood events or finding another reason to bring people together.
