Andrea is an actual Colorado native! As a resident of Colorado Springs for over 35 years, Andrea’s vast knowledge of the area is a valued asset to her clients. Andrea has been in the Real Estate industry for the last ten years. She has worked in many different areas to include: property management, relocation, transaction coordination and new home building. Her varied skill set gives Andrea a unique perspective on the many facets of real estate. With a background in education, it is of great importance to her to educate buyers and sellers about the home buying process. She enjoys creating a caring, comfortable and overall pleasant experience that clients will appreciate long after they close. She feels very fortunate to build lifelong friendships with her clients.In addition to her passion for real estate, she enjoys spending time with her two boys, hiking/biking, yoga, reading and writing.
