Jennifer McDowell

As a resident of Colorado Springs for more than 10 years – raising her three boys, overcoming breast cancer, supporting her pilot husband, and hosting as many parties as possible – Jennifer McDowell knows and loves this community. Moving from Texas in 2013, Jennifer knows firsthand the process and joy of jumping into the Colorado Springs community. She knows the best areas to live depending on what aspect of Colorado life matters most to you – everything mountains, easy access to the highway or airport for travel, new neighborhoods, no HOAs, popular investment property areas, family-friendly and more. Having lived in six different states, Jennifer understands the life of a transplant, the challenges of a new beginning in an unfamiliar place and the benefit of being connected with someone who knows the area. She enjoys being a friend and resource to individuals and families moving to Colorado Springs from out of state. From teacher and swim instructor to entrepreneur and mom, Jennifer can relate to most any walk of life. She is deeply committed to her family, her faith community and her clients. She listens first to fully understand her clients and then passionately pursues their needs and dreams in the home-buying and selling process.
